About the Project

We are carrying out, for Roshn Group through the branch of China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd, the metalwork of the premium homes in phase 3 of the SEDRA residential community in Riyadh, under East Consultant Engineering.

Our scope covers the design, manufacture, supply and installation of premium metal doors, steel ladders and car sheds, produced at our Riyadh factory and installed by our own team.

Services

Challenge

Supplying doors, ladders and car sheds to a high finish for repeated premium homes, with samples and materials approved by the consultant before production.

Solution

We design and fabricate the work at our Riyadh factory to the approved specifications, then our own team installs it on site.

Result

The work is under way within phase 3 of the project.
