About the Project
For Details Real Estate Development, we carried out the aluminum and steel work on Wasl 20, a residential compound in Olaya, Riyadh, under the main contract held by Wajhat Al Arabia Contracting Co. The work took six months, and the project was handed over in December 2025.
Our scope covered aluminum windows and doors with double-glazed tempered glass, the main steel doors, steel doors for the drivers' rooms and storerooms, steel pergolas and screens, and the decorative perforated, laser-cut screens that mark the villas' facades.
Inside the villas, we built the cantilevered metal stair structures and fitted 12 mm tempered-glass handrails and shower screens. The work was made in our Riyadh factory and installed on site by our own team.
