About the Project

For Abu Tariq Koshary on Prince Sultan Road in Riyadh, we built a floating spiral staircase that links the dining hall to the upper floor. The steel structure was fabricated in our factory, the treads are finished in Indian Black Galaxy marble, and the side balustrade is 12 mm tempered glass with a timber top rail. The work was completed in 45 days.

Challenge

Building a floating spiral staircase that carries marble treads, with a glass balustrade that follows its curve precisely, in the dining hall of a well-known brand, within 45 days.

Solution

We fabricated the steel structure in our Riyadh factory, and our own team installed it on site together with the marble, the glass and the timber rail.

Result

Handed over in March 2026; the staircase is now a centerpiece of the dining hall.
