About the Project
We are supplying and installing curtain-wall facades for residential apartments in a tower in Al Sahafa, Riyadh. The glazed partitions run the full length of each apartment's front and wrap around its corners, opening the apartments to wide views over the city.
We use a Transom 7.5 curtain-wall profile, 7.5 × 5 cm with 2 mm walls, glazed with 24 mm tempered glass. With the glass, cover cap and pressure plates, the full assembly is 12 cm deep. The profiles are made in our factory and installed on site by our own team, one apartment at a time.
Apartment 14 has been fabricated and installed and its fixing is being checked; work on apartment 15 has begun. The latest photos show the glazed facades after installation on the tower's upper floors.
